Manufacturing Process

  1. Inspect stripe repeat and confirm fabric direction.
  2. Align and cut the striped fabric.
  3. Cut cassette, tube and bottom profiles.
  4. Assemble the double-layer fabric and drive.
  5. Adjust sheer/opaque overlap.
  6. Hang and inspect alignment through the full travel.
