Manufacturing Process

  1. Form and punch the selected slat profile.
  2. Cut frame profiles at 45 degrees.
  3. Position and punch frame/rail features.
  4. Assemble the magnetic control and blind.
  5. Install the blind into the single-glass frame.
  6. Inspect corners, controls, tilt and lift.
