Dream Blind Production Line: Process, Machines & Configurations

Sunshieldorhonki Dream Blind Production Line

Design a Dream blind production line around automated vane assembly, track installation and controlled final inspection. The equipment sequence below follows the Sunshieldorhonki catalog; prices are intentionally excluded because final tooling, voltage, guarding and automation depend on the customer’s product.

Manufacturing Process

  1. Prepare and cut vertical sheer-vane material.
  2. Load the confirmed components and settings.
  3. Automatically position and assemble the vane structure.
  4. Install tracks, controls and accessories.
  5. Hang the completed curtain.
  6. Inspect vane spacing, movement, rotation and finished dimensions.

Step 1: Core forming and assembly

Fully Automatic Dream Blind Machine

Line status: Required category-specific core machine

Actual catalog equipment image; final guarding, tooling and color may vary by configuration.
Version Catalog parameters
Catalog specification 650 kg | 3.2 kW | 6,000 × 1,500 × 1,340 mm

Final tooling and feed arrangement must be confirmed from the customer’s vane material, track system and sample.

Step 2: Final inspection — choose one

Single-Sided Inspection Hoist

Line status: Shared final inspection equipment

Version Catalog parameters
Catalog specification 150 kg | 0.4 kW | 3,000 × 800 × 3,300 mm

Use for vertical operation, tracking, squareness and appearance inspection.

Double-Sided Inspection Hoist

Line status: Higher-efficiency inspection alternative

Actual catalog equipment image; final guarding, tooling and color may vary by configuration.
Version Catalog parameters
Catalog specification 250 kg | 2 kW | 3,000 × 800 × 3,300 mm

Supports inspection from both sides; choose it instead of the single-sided hoist when workflow justifies it.

Configuration Options

Level Recommended scope
Essential Dream blind automatic machine + single-sided inspection hoist
Recommended Core machine + double-sided inspection hoist for a faster workflow
Shared-factory Reuse the inspection hoist for roller, zebra and other finished blinds

Quality-Control Checklist

  • Consistent vane pitch and joining
  • Correct track/component compatibility
  • Even hanging and rotation
  • Repeated full-travel cycling before packing

What We Need to Configure Your Line

Send Sunshieldorhonki your blind sample or drawings, maximum finished width and height, fabric/slat/profile materials, expected daily or monthly output, preferred automation level, workshop dimensions, power and compressed-air details, and any existing machines you want to reuse.

We will turn those inputs into a process plan, machine list and factory-layout proposal without forcing duplicate equipment.
