Honeycomb Blind Production Line: Process, Machines & Configurations

Sunshieldorhonki Honeycomb Blind Production Line

A corrected honeycomb blind solution centered on cellular-material drilling/cutting, rail processing, cord-path alignment, assembly and inspection. The equipment sequence below follows the Sunshieldorhonki catalog; prices are intentionally excluded because final tooling, voltage, guarding and automation depend on the customer’s product.

Manufacturing Process

  1. Confirm cell size, material stack, control type and dimensions.
  2. Cut and drill the compressed cellular material.
  3. Process head and bottom rails.
  4. Punch and drill rail features.
  5. Assemble cords, controls, rails and cellular material.
  6. Hang and inspect balance, cell alignment and travel.

Configuration Options

Level Recommended scope
Essential Horizontal or vertical honeycomb drill/cut machine + profile-specific finishing tools
Recommended Dedicated honeycomb machine + automatic rail line + punch/drill + hoist
Shared-factory Reuse rail and inspection equipment with PVC, wood or Venetian blind lines

Quality-Control Checklist

  • Keep the cellular stack square and correctly compressed
  • Align material holes with the complete cord path
  • Prevent cell crushing, tearing and adhesive damage
  • Check lifting balance and rail level through repeated cycles

What We Need to Configure Your Line

Send Sunshieldorhonki your blind sample or drawings, maximum finished width and height, fabric/slat/profile materials, expected daily or monthly output, preferred automation level, workshop dimensions, power and compressed-air details, and any existing machines you want to reuse.

We will turn those inputs into a process plan, machine list and factory-layout proposal without forcing duplicate equipment.
