Manufacturing Process

  1. Confirm fabric direction, finished size, tube diameter and control system.
  2. Cut the roller fabric square to size.
  3. Cut the tube, headrail and bottom profile.
  4. Attach fabric and assemble the drive and accessories.
  5. Hang the finished blind.
  6. Inspect rolling, tracking, flatness and bottom-rail level.
