Manufacturing Process

  1. Set PVC slat width, length and hole pattern.
  2. Drill and cut PVC slats.
  3. Process head and bottom rails.
  4. Punch and drill rail features.
  5. Assemble ladder cord, controls and slats.
  6. Hang and inspect the complete blind.
