Roman Blind Production Line: Process, Machines & Configurations

Sunshieldorhonki Roman Blind Production Line

Plan Roman blind production with accurate textile cutting, repeat fold positioning, rod preparation, assembly and stacking inspection. The equipment sequence below follows the Sunshieldorhonki catalog; prices are intentionally excluded because final tooling, voltage, guarding and automation depend on the customer’s product.

Manufacturing Process

  1. Confirm finished size, seam allowances, lining and fold spacing.
  2. Cut face fabric and lining.
  3. Prepare fold and rod positions.
  4. Install rods, tapes, rings or pockets.
  5. Connect headrail and lifting system.
  6. Cycle and adjust until folds stack evenly.

What We Need to Configure Your Line

Send Sunshieldorhonki your blind sample or drawings, maximum finished width and height, fabric/slat/profile materials, expected daily or monthly output, preferred automation level, workshop dimensions, power and compressed-air details, and any existing machines you want to reuse.

We will turn those inputs into a process plan, machine list and factory-layout proposal without forcing duplicate equipment.
